Stacy Nevins has personally managed over 80 properties before co-founding BGPM to be a boutique, bespoke experience for Landlords and Tenants alike. Stacy has a passion for fine architecture. Her family has a long history of property development in the Santa Clarita Valley. Her deep understanding of the intricacies of the rental market are honed by her intimate property by property knowledge of their local area including area schools, amenities, and geographical attractions.
